Hallelujah! According to the folks at Curbed, "hot dudes are moving to Harlem!" While I see hotties-a-plenty running amok in these here parts, what's wrong with having a few more? The latest news is that a prominent downtown real estate attorney — and one of the city's "most eligible bachelors" — has just purchased a 3000 square foot, $2.4 million dollar triplex penthouse with a 1000 square foot private terrace at The Lenox Condominium.
